Carli has been working as a Personal Trainer for over 10 years. She has studied many different forms of training including yoga, calisthenics, athletics, body building, fitness, boxing, marathon training, new mums and the older & wiser ones (over 55's). She will bring to you all the best bits of the best training systems out there in one complete well rounded package that boosts the metabolism and gets you shredded!

 

Carli is a fully qualified Reps Level 3 Personal Trainer, a Sweaty Betty ambassador, Pad-box Coach, Power-Plate coach, British wheel of yoga foundations trainer, Master E.T.S coach and she also teaches a variety of classes such as Spinning, Box-Fit, Body Conditioning, Street Training, Women That Workout, and Get Shredded.
