Evany says "We live in a world that is sadly manipulated by the media and obsessed with perfection, when such a thing simply just doesn't exist. I think that, in order to achieve any goals in your life, the first thing is to really understand who you are as a person and what is what you really want, which may sound simple but it isn't. Then set your goals clearly, design the path to follow to take you there and go for it. As long as that is where you really want to be, stick to your plan while being able to be flexible and keep going in the right direction you will always get there."
Since I was a little girl I loved dancing and performing around the house and at school, but my interest in exercise and training started only as an adult a few years ago. Before that, I didn't really do much exercise, but it all changed drastically when I moved to London. I started taking dance and performing arts classes and performed in several shows on stage. I also started doing mountain biking and snowboarding. Then I joined a gym and got a Personal Trainer. I had very clear in my mind how I wanted to look and the goals I wanted to achieve, and I achieved them. I was so happy with my results that decided to become a Personal Trainer myself in order to be able to motivate others to achieve their individual goals. I also got qualified as a Personal Trainer and studied Life Coaching and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).
So I went from not doing much exercise at all, being lazy (I used to take the car just to go to the shop around the corner!) and being a social smoker to become fit and healthy. Now I train regularly (and enjoy it!) and live a healthy lifestyle.
The number one key to change is simple: You really have to want it.
