Jennifer has many years of experience in the fitness industry which has given her a vast number of varied and loyal clients.

 

She  has a strong passion for sports and fitness and enjoys being involved in the process of seeing others achieving their fitness goals and objectives.

 

Over the years Jennifer has used exercise and fitness for her own personal development and progression, starting with her own weight loss as a teenager when she struggled to control her diet and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Later she became interested in muscular conditioning and endurance training and  began to compete in triathlons and half marathon events.

 

Jennifer’s very own experiences form the basis of her approach to pesonal training. This ensures that every client she trains will reach and develop   their goals while exploring their full potential. She is great for everyone who wishes to lose weight, tone up, get fit and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
