NATHAN MCFARLANE

 

Nathan moved to London from the south coast in the aiming of furthering his career in personal training. He previously worked at some of the most highly respected premium health clubs including David Lloyd and Esporta.

 

Nathan specialises in Nutrition and Weight Management and sport specific training. Anyone who requires advice on how, when, how much and what they should be eating, look no further! Nathan is a keen sportsman and has a very sporting background particularly in outdoor team sports such as football, rugby and cricket. So if it’s your speed, agility, strength or even just your swing, Nathan will provide great insight and knowledge into improving your game.

 

As a person Nathan is a loud and proud character and if its motivation you want you have certainly got it with this guy. Described by colleagues as not your “average Joe”, Nathan will certainly provide you with a fun and enjoyable approach to achieving your goals.
