

PAU PANDO
Pau has lived and studied in the USA where he undertook 2 years of intensive physical training which kick started his interest in becoming a Personal Trainer. He also lived in Beijing between 2005-2006 where he travelled to several destinations and undertook intensive hikes in a variety of China’s beautiful mountain range including several hikes to deserted areas of the Great Wall.
Pau is a very enthusiastic trainer who thrives on helping people achieve their goals in life. He understands that each individual has their own specific goals and needs and therefore understands the importance of working closely with each client to establish the best training plan to suit their personality, goals, aspirations and own physical ability.
“By initially working on physical development, confidence and drive will in time naturally develop and will of course help to reduce the normal stresses and pressures experienced in everyday's life. This will all in turn make one feel great about themselves and improve their quality of life.”
He counts with 7 years experience in competitive swimming as well as 2 years in competitive water polo. Pau loves spending his free time travelling and enjoys experiencing new cultures around the world as he believes that travelling broadens your horizons and aids to your personal development. He is also an advanced skier with over 20 years experience, a keen tennis player and is always eager to venture out on new sports and challenges.
