From a young age Sam was involved in ballet, modern dance, aerobics, gymnastics,
running, swimming, athletics and body building to competition level. She also has experience in calmer disciplines such as Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates, which she uses to promote physical and mental well-being.
Sam has many years of experience as a Personal Trainer and a very long list of standing clients. She is highly motivating through her cheerful and positive attitude, adaptable, creative, consistent and sympathetic.
As an ambassador of good health and fitness Sam believes in balanced, safe and effective training sessions. She can work you hard but always stays within boundaries of safety and effectiveness. Her training sessions are methodical, strict and fun!
