Victor has nearly ten years experience as a personal trainer. Coming from a sporting background lead him to pursue a career in health and fitness. Victor also has a degree in Psychology & Sports Studies and believes that having the right frame of mind will allow you to achieve your health and fitness goals, whatever they are.He has also worked as a health & fitness consultant as well as a mentor for other personal trainers.
