EBBA'S STORY
 

Since I was a little girl I loved dancing and performing around the house and at school, but my interest in exercise and training  started only as and adult a few years ago. Before that, I didn’t really do much exercise, but it all changed drastically when I moved to London. I started taking dance and performing arts classes and performed in several shows on stage. I also started doing mountain biking and snowboarding. Then I joined a gym and got a Personal Trainer. I had very clear in my mind how I wanted to look and the goals I wanted to achieve, and I achieved them. I was so happy with my results that decided to become a Personal Trainer myself in order to be able to motivate others to achieve their goals.

 

I got qualified as a Personal Trainer and also studied Life Coaching and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), as I am also passionate about human psychology, which I think plays a fundamental part in allowing us to achieve our goals. I am also very keen in providing Image & Lifestyle advice.

 

So I went from not doing much exercise at all, being lazy (I used to take the car just to go to the shop around the corner!) and being a social smoker to become fit  and healthy. Now I train regularly (and enjoy it!) and live a healthy lifestyle.
 
The number one key to change is simple: you really have to want it.
